FNSI

A little bit of sewing for FNSI

Goodness - another sideways photo!

I did a very small amount on the border of one of my POTC blocks - am up to the fourth and fifth rows...am sewing those ones together in a double line - then I will sew the third row onto that....... there
are 9 rows altogether.

Joan, I love your work! I have been lurking in the background for some time and have not commented. Just letting you know I'm following you from northern California!

  4. While I haven't even picked up my English-paper-pieced diamonds in years, I do enjoy the feeling of accomplishment of doing that handwork.

  6. Good to see you got a little sewing in. I like your paper piecing. The pattern is quite lovely, so different from the usual hexagons.

  7. I'm sure you are feeling that any sewing time is precious - I've been looking at these blocks and other EPP projects but might just decide to work on my log cabin UFO instead - best to get a UFO finished, especially with these yummy hand dyed fabrics from Fiona - and it has been on the back boiler for over 5 years ;0)
