I am going cross-eyed!!
The jig-saw so far.
I cut it all out in the last couple of days...and I am begining to think I am dyslectic as I find it difficult to see where the pieces go on the diagram!... I guess it will work out.
I have something wrong on the right side of the plan and cant work it out.
The squares are mostly 4 1/4 inches and will finish at 3 3/4 inches..
The quilt will be 90 x 110 inches..
Think I need my head read!!
I think I need to go do some FMQ to soothe my soul
Time to walk away from it for a while.
This looks like a real challenge - rather you than me ;o)
ReplyDeleteI understand what you are saying, but I can see the pattern evolving, and it looks nice.
ReplyDeleteThis looks very similar to the mystery quilt I did with our quilt guild with the ribbon effect and I know exactly what you are going through , it is a challenge and I must be dyslectic too because I had a hard time with it. It is beautiful though!
ReplyDeleteVery nice! I love this pattern.
ReplyDeleteThis block is awesome and looks very hard to sew.Well done!!
ReplyDeleteYour fabric choices are beautiful. This will be worth the headaches!
ReplyDeleteI am watching you really closely Joan, I didn't get the kit just the pattern as I wanted different colours, so that will be an even bigger challenge.....the fabric pieces are really odd sizes aren't they...keep up the good work it will be fabulous when finished!!!
ReplyDeleteIt is a confusing pattern. I made a small one ones (how this sounds) and it took me some time before I figured it out. So I admire you for making a large quilt.
