Designing in progress

My printing has been done for me today, and I have stuck the pieces together...the whole design is now larger. Which is good ...........   I think!
Trouble is that I cant seem to get the design quite square, so have done the best I can for the moment.  I do need to do something with the centre but think I can do that as I draw.
The outside far corners also need something different as the circles dont quite match.

Anyhow - thats it for me just now - back to the couch go I :)

  1. It's such a pretty design! Unfortunately photo copies are never perfect. I'm sure you will work your usual magic once you are up to transferring it to fabric :0)

    Take care!!

  2. Your designs are so inspired and truly works of art! I'm sure if the center doesn't look just perfect yet...you'll spot something in daily life that will give you the clue to the remaining puzzle piece! Wishing you painfree days and lots of quilting inspiration! Big hugs!

  5. Looks good to me Joan. Sharon transfers her designs onto the freezer paper by drawing. I asked her that in class the other day. It sure is alot of work but worth it. I took a short cut and taped my drawing to the back of my starched fabric, which works quite will, the fabric is stiff and doesn't move and the tape keeps the drawing in place.
Hope alls well with you and your family....

  6. It's a pity you have to start again but now you've got something bigger (and better) - draw up the main parts and work your way out to the areas that concern you I'm sure it will 'fit' in the end for you
Please pace yourself as you have so much to cope with at home and take care
