I have been trying to create pages - it doesnt work...
SO ... if you go here you will see our friends from the USA and our time with them. I have no idea how to connect the page to here!
In the meantime - here is some quilting I did very quickly to show my guests how I quilted freehand.
A small part of the quilt, which I am currently doing.
One corner. I have drawn freehand around one border with my blue washable Berol marker and that's what I am currently sewing...then I plan to quilt the actual fabric design around the edge.
Back to sewing.
Having fun with your guests!! Beautiful feathers!! Gorgeous!

Looking really nice
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures Joan - you just need to install the pages gadget/widget then in the pages gadget you tick the pages you would like to display, either as tabs along the top of your blog or a list in the side bar. Hope that helps :0)
ReplyDeleteI must really start playing with some feathers. I'm doodling away, practising them on some of the lots of scrap paper in work, so hopefully soon ;0)
ReplyDeleteTonight I hope to make a start in obliterating some UFO projects to clear the way to try something new and on one I may be able to work towards a feather design with some big leaves say ferny type leaves.
Wow I LOVE the border fabric and look how precisely you mitered the corners....it's awesome!!
ReplyDeleteOff to look at pictures...
